The problem
Best buyers lost behind a bounced email
A bounced or unsubscribed address in Constant Contact looks like routine list hygiene until it belongs to one of your best WooCommerce buyers. Spotting them means cross-checking each bounce against customers and orders, which rarely happens.
Without PopdockAI
- Export bounces and unsubscribes from Constant Contact
- Search WooCommerce for each address
- Add up orders and spend by hand
- Lose touch with a loyal customer
With PopdockAI
- Recent bounces and unsubscribes are read
- Each address is found among customers and guest orders
- Matched shoppers are ranked by orders and spend
- Who to reach another way is suggested, and nobody is re-subscribed

**Objective:** Find WooCommerce customers whose email bounced or unsubscribed in Constant Contact in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), and rank them by how much they buy.
**Step 1: Read the bounces and unsubscribes**
Call `constant-contact-get-campaign-bounce` with `created-date.from` = today minus the lookback, `max-records` 1000. Keep `email-address`, `bounce-type`, `created-date`. Then call `constant-contact-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with the same window and keep `email-address`, `reason`, `created-date`. If both come back empty, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Match to WooCommerce**
For each distinct email, call `woocommerce-get-customer` with `email` = that address. If no customer matches, also call `woocommerce-get-order` with `customer-email` = that address, `max-records` 1, to catch guest buyers. An email with neither is not a shopper; count it and move on.
**Step 3: Size each matched shopper**
For each matched email, call `woocommerce-get-order` with `customer-email` = the email and `created-date.from` = today minus 365 days. Record order count, spend (sum of `total`) and last order date.
**Step 4: Report**
* Counts: bounces, unsubscribes, matched to WooCommerce, not shoppers
* **Bounced shoppers**, sorted by spend: email, name, `bounce-type`, bounce date, orders and spend in the last year, last order. A hard bounce on a recent buyer usually means the billing email on file is wrong; say so.
* **Unsubscribed shoppers**, sorted by spend: email, name, reason, date, orders and spend.
* Recommendations, without acting: which customers to contact through another channel to confirm their email.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with woocommerce- are on the woocommerce MCP server; tools whose names start with constant-contact- are on the constant-contact MCP server. If a tool from either server is missing, stop and tell the user that both servers must be connected.
* Match records by email address only: WooCommerce `email` / `customer-email` against Constant Contact `email-address`. Trim and lower-case both sides before comparing. Never match on name alone.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any write tool on either server. On Constant Contact that is `constant-contact-add-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact-note`, `constant-contact-add-contact-list`, `constant-contact-update-contact-list`, `constant-contact-add-contact-tag`, `constant-contact-update-contact-tag`, `constant-contact-add-campaign`, `constant-contact-update-campaign`, `constant-contact-resend-campaign-to-non-openers`. On WooCommerce that is `woocommerce-add-coupon`, `woocommerce-update-coupon`, `woocommerce-add-order`, `woocommerce-update-order`, `woocommerce-add-order-note`, `woocommerce-add-refund`, `woocommerce-add-customer`, `woocommerce-update-customer`, `woocommerce-add-product`, `woocommerce-update-product`, `woocommerce-update-product-variation`, `woocommerce-send-order-details`.
* Never re-add or re-subscribe an unsubscribed contact.
**Validation:**
* The same email may bounce on several campaigns; report it once with the latest bounce and the count.
* If more than 200 distinct emails come back, check the first 200 and say the result is a sample.Who it's for
