The problem
Win-back offers that fall flat on the details
Winning back lapsed buyers takes three jobs: finding customers who stopped ordering, creating a coupon that cannot be abused and writing an email that quotes it correctly. Get the coupon wrong or the email out of step and the offer falls flat.
Without PopdockAI
- Work out who has stopped ordering
- Create a coupon and hope it has the right limits
- Write the email and retype the code and expiry
- Send an offer that does not match the coupon
With PopdockAI
- Lapsed customers are sized and a sample checked in Constant Contact
- An unused code with a 30 day expiry and one use per customer is proposed
- The coupon is created first, then the draft quotes it exactly
- Existing coupons are never changed, and nothing is sent

**Objective:** For paying WooCommerce customers who have not ordered in `{lapsed-days}` days (default 180), create a `{discount-percent}` percent (default 15) win-back coupon in WooCommerce and draft a Constant Contact campaign carrying its code, sent from `{from-email}`. Nothing is sent.
**Step 1: Size the lapsed audience**
Call `woocommerce-get-customer` with `paying-customer` = true, `max-records` 1000. Call `woocommerce-get-order` with `created-date.from` = today minus `{lapsed-days}` days, `max-records` 1000, and collect the distinct `customer-email` values. Lapsed customers are paying customers whose `email` is not in that set. If there are none, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Check how many you can reach**
For up to 100 lapsed customers, call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` = their email and count how many exist with `permission-to-send` allowing email. Report reachable versus not in Constant Contact, as a sample if you checked fewer than all.
**Step 3: Confirm the offer**
Propose a coupon code (uppercase, for example `COMEBACK15`) and check it is free with `woocommerce-get-coupon` filtered by `code`. Show the user: lapsed count, reachable count, the code, percent off, an expiry 30 days from today, one use per customer. Wait for confirmation.
**Step 4: Create the coupon**
Call `woocommerce-add-coupon` with `code`, `discount-type` = `percent`, `amount` = `{discount-percent}`, `expiry-date`, `usage-limit-per-user` = 1 and `individual-use` = true. If this fails, stop: do not draft an email for a coupon that does not exist.
**Step 5: Draft the email**
Call `constant-contact-add-campaign` with a campaign name naming the code, a subject and preheader, short HTML stating the offer, code and expiry, `from-email` = `{from-email}`, `reply-to-email` = `{from-email}` and `from-name` taken from the user (ask if unknown). This creates a draft only.
**Step 6: Report**
Lapsed and reachable counts, the coupon created (code, amount, expiry), the campaign draft name, and the remaining manual step: choose the audience in Constant Contact (there is no tool here to add existing contacts to a list) and schedule the send.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with woocommerce- are on the woocommerce MCP server; tools whose names start with constant-contact- are on the constant-contact MCP server. If a tool from either server is missing, stop and tell the user that both servers must be connected.
* Match records by email address only: WooCommerce `email` / `customer-email` against Constant Contact `email-address`. Trim and lower-case both sides before comparing. Never match on name alone.
* The only writes this prompt may make are `woocommerce-add-coupon` then `constant-contact-add-campaign`, in that order, each once, after the user confirms in Step 3. Do NOT call any other write tool: on WooCommerce none of `woocommerce-update-coupon`, `woocommerce-add-order`, `woocommerce-update-order`, `woocommerce-add-order-note`, `woocommerce-add-refund`, `woocommerce-add-customer`, `woocommerce-update-customer`, `woocommerce-add-product`, `woocommerce-update-product`, `woocommerce-update-product-variation`, `woocommerce-send-order-details`; on Constant Contact none of `constant-contact-add-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact-note`, `constant-contact-add-contact-list`, `constant-contact-update-contact-list`, `constant-contact-add-contact-tag`, `constant-contact-update-contact-tag`, `constant-contact-update-campaign`, `constant-contact-resend-campaign-to-non-openers`.
**Validation:**
* If the proposed code already exists, propose another; never update an existing coupon.
* State the discount and expiry in the email exactly as created on the coupon.Who it's for
