Total Stripe and 2Checkout payouts per currency in one answer

**Objective:** Compare money paid out by Stripe and by 2Checkout from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (format YYYY-MM-DD) in currency `{currency}` (default: every currency).

**Step 1: Stripe payouts**

Call `stripe-get-payout` (stripe server) with `arrival-date.from` set to `{from-date}` and `arrival-date.to` set to `{to-date}`. Keep payout-id, amount, currency, status, arrival-date. Ignore other currencies when `{currency}` is given.

**Step 2: 2Checkout payouts**

Call `2checkout-get-payout` (2checkout server) with `transfer-completion-date.from` set to `{from-date}` and `transfer-completion-date.to` set to `{to-date}`. If `{currency}` is given, also pass it as `currency`. Keep amount, currency, status, transfer-completion-date, total-fees, total-refunds, summary-chargebacks-amount.

**Step 3: Report**

Per currency: total paid out by Stripe, total paid out by 2Checkout, combined total, and counts of payouts by status on each side. Then list any payout that is not paid or completed.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `2checkout-*` tools are on the 2checkout server; `stripe-*` tools are on the stripe server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any 2checkout write tool (any `2checkout-*` tool that adds, updates, cancels, refunds, disables, extends or deletes, such as `2checkout-order-refund`, `2checkout-subscription-disable`, `2checkout-customer-update`).

* Do not net Stripe fees; Stripe amounts are the payout amounts as returned.

**Validation:**

* If `{to-date}` is before `{from-date}`, stop and ask for corrected dates.
* If one side returns nothing, say so and report the other side alone.
