Catch time discrepancies before billing and payroll
For project managers who want Business Central timesheets compared with Teamwork.com time logs day by day, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Time logged twice rarely adds up the same
People record time on a Business Central timesheet for costing and in Teamwork.com for the project. When the two disagree, billing and payroll are both at risk, and comparing them means matching the person and checking every day by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- Find the person in both systems
- Export a timesheet and a time log report
- Line up the hours day by day in a spreadsheet
- Find the gap after the invoice or payroll run
With PopdockAI
- The person is matched to their Business Central resource
- Hours are compared day by day, not entry by entry
- Days that differ by more than a quarter hour are flagged
- Open or unapproved lines are listed, and nothing is edited

**Objective:** Compare the hours `{person-name}` recorded on Business Central timesheets with the time they logged in Teamwork, day by day, from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (default: today).
**Step 1: Find the person in Teamwork**
Call `teamwork-get-people` (Teamwork server) with `name.contains` set to `{person-name}`. If more than one person matches, list them (name, email, company-name) and ask which one is meant. Keep `person-id`, `name` and `email`.
**Step 2: Find the resource in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-resource` (Business Central server) with `name.contains` set to `{person-name}`, and choose the resource whose name matches the Teamwork person. If the names differ, call `business-central-get-employee` and match its `email` or `company-email` to the Teamwork email, then use the resource with the same name as that employee. If no resource matches, stop and say the person has no Business Central resource.
**Step 3: Read both sides**
* Call `business-central-get-timesheet` with `resource-number` set to the resource-number, `date.from` set to `{from-date}` and `date.to` set to `{to-date}` (today when blank). Keep `date`, `quantity` (hours), `job-number`, `description`, `status` and `posted`.
* Call `teamwork-get-time` with `user-id` set to the person-id, `time-logged.from` set to `{from-date}` and `time-logged.to` set to `{to-date}`. Keep `time-logged`, `minutes`, `project-name`, `task-name` and `is-billable`.
Use dates in YYYY-MM-DD form.
**Step 4: Report**
A table with one row per day: BC timesheet hours, Teamwork hours (minutes divided by 60), and the difference. Flag days where the difference is more than 0.25 hours, and days that have hours on only one side. Then show totals for the period, plus the BC timesheet lines that are still open or unapproved.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `teamwork-get-people` and `teamwork-get-time` are on the Teamwork server. `business-central-get-resource`, `business-central-get-employee` and `business-central-get-timesheet` are on the Business Central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `teamwork-create-time-entry` or `teamwork-update-time-entry`, and do not change any Business Central record.
* Compare hours by date only. Do not try to match individual entries: the two systems split work differently.
**Validation:**
* If both sides are empty for the period, say so and stop.
* If only one side has entries, report the period as recorded only in that system instead of as a day-by-day mismatch.Who it's for
