Line up Business Central jobs with Teamwork.com projects
For project and finance teams who want every project to have a job to cost against, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Jobs and projects drift apart until nobody knows what exists
Business Central jobs and Teamwork.com projects should line up one to one, but some jobs have no project, some projects have no job and statuses and end dates drift. Matching them by hand means guessing which project belongs to which job.
Without PopdockAI
- Export jobs and projects side by side
- Guess matches from names
- Compare status and end dates by eye
- Run a project with no job to cost against
With PopdockAI
- Jobs and projects are matched by job number, then name and client
- Name only matches are marked as possible
- Status and end date mismatches over seven days are listed
- Unmatched items on each side are shown, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Match Business Central jobs in company `{company}` (default: the default company) to Teamwork projects, optionally for customer `{customer-name}` only, and report what does not line up.
**Step 1: Read the jobs**
Call `business-central-get-job` (Business Central server) with `company` set to `{company}` when given. If `{customer-name}` is given, pass it as `bill-to-name.contains`. Keep `job-number`, `description`, `bill-to-name`, `bill-to-customer-number`, `status`, `starting-date`, `ending-date` and `complete`. Leave out jobs whose status is Completed, unless `{customer-name}` is given.
**Step 2: Read the projects**
Call `teamwork-get-projects` (Teamwork server). If `{customer-name}` is given, pass it as `company-name.contains`. Keep `project-id`, `project-name`, `company-name`, `status`, `start-date`, `end-date` and `description`.
**Step 3: Match**
A project matches a job when the job-number appears in the project name or description. Otherwise it matches when the project name and the job description match, ignoring case and punctuation, and the Teamwork company-name matches the job's bill-to-name. Treat a match on name alone as a possible match, and report it that way.
**Step 4: Report**
1. **Matched:** job-number, job description, project-name, and any mismatch: the job is completed while the project is still active (or the reverse), or the end dates differ by more than 7 days.
2. **Jobs with no project:** job-number, description, bill-to-name, status.
3. **Projects with no job:** project-name, company-name, status. Say that this work may have no job to post costs to.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `business-central-get-job` is on the Business Central server. `teamwork-get-projects` is on the Teamwork server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `teamwork-create-project`, `teamwork-update-project` or any `business-central-create-*` or `business-central-update-*` tool. To create a missing project, use the create-project-for-job prompt.
**Validation:**
* If either side returns nothing, say which one and stop.
* Compare dates by calendar day only, because the systems store them differently.Who it's for
