See what a client owes and how their projects are going
For account leads who want Business Central balances and Teamwork.com project health side by side before a client meeting, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Walking into a client meeting with half the picture
Before a client meeting you need to know whether they owe money in Business Central and how their work is going in Teamwork.com. Getting both means pulling invoices from one and project health and budgets from the other, then judging whether the stories conflict.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the client's balance and open invoices
- Open each Teamwork.com project for status and health
- Check budget used project by project
- Miss that an overdue balance sits on active work
With PopdockAI
- Balance, credit limit, block status and open invoices are read, overdue first
- Each active project's status, end date, health and budget used are shown
- An attention list flags conflicts between money and delivery
- Amounts and budgets are never mixed, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Give a single view of client `{customer-name}`: what they owe in Business Central company `{company}` (default: the default company) and how their project work in Teamwork is going.
**Step 1: Find the customer in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-customer` (Business Central server) with `name.contains` set to `{customer-name}`, and `company` set to `{company}` when given. If nothing matches, stop and say so. If more than one customer matches, list them (customer-number, name, city) and ask which one is meant.
Keep `customer-number`, `name`, `balance`, `balance-due`, `credit-limit`, `blocked`, `payment-terms-code` and `salesperson-code`.
**Step 2: Read their open invoices**
Call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `sell-to-customer-number` set to the customer-number from Step 1 and `remaining-amount.min` set to 0.01. For each invoice keep `invoice-number`, `posting-date`, `due-date`, `total-amount-including-tax` and `remaining-amount`. Mark an invoice overdue when its due-date is before today.
**Step 3: Find the client in Teamwork**
Call `teamwork-get-companies` (Teamwork server) with `name.contains` set to `{customer-name}`. Choose the company whose name matches the BC customer name, ignoring case, punctuation and legal suffixes. If none matches, report the finance half only and say the client has no Teamwork company.
**Step 4: Read their projects**
Call `teamwork-get-projects` with `company-id` set to the Teamwork company-id. For each active project, call `teamwork-get-project-health` and `teamwork-get-budgets` with its `project-id`. Keep the project name, status, end-date, health-score, and each budget's type, capacity and capacity-used.
**Step 5: Report**
* **Finance (Business Central):** balance, balance-due against credit-limit, blocked, then a table of open invoices with the overdue ones first and the days overdue.
* **Delivery (Teamwork):** a table of projects with status, end-date, health-score and budget used as a percentage of capacity.
* **Attention:** one line per issue, for example an overdue balance on a client whose projects are still active, a project over budget, or a blocked customer with active projects.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `business-central-get-customer` and `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` are on the Business Central server. `teamwork-get-companies`, `teamwork-get-projects`, `teamwork-get-project-health` and `teamwork-get-budgets` are on the Teamwork server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any `business-central-create-*`, `business-central-update-*`, `teamwork-create-*` or `teamwork-update-*` tool.
**Validation:**
* If there are no open invoices, say the customer is paid up rather than leaving the section empty.
* Amounts come from Business Central in the customer's currency. Budgets come from Teamwork in the site currency. Do not add them together.Who it's for
