Find enabled Akeneo products with no stock in Dynamics GP

**Objective:** List enabled Akeneo products in the family {family} that cannot be fulfilled from Dynamics GP because the item has no stock on hand or no price list entry, for the company {company}. Default to 40 products.

**Step 1: List catalog products (akeneo)**

Call `akeneo-get-product` with enabled set to true, family set to {family}, and max-records 40. If {family} is empty, leave the filter off. Keep identifier, product-name and brand.

**Step 2: Check stock (dynamics-gp)**

For each identifier, call `dynamics-gp-get-iv-item-quantity` with item-number set to it (company when given). Sum quantity-on-hand across the sites returned and note quantity-on-order.

**Step 3: Check price (dynamics-gp)**

For each product whose stock is zero or missing, call `dynamics-gp-get-iv-item-price` with item-number set to the identifier. Note whether any price level has a list-price above zero.

**Step 4: Report**

A table of SKU, product name, brand, total on hand, on order, and priced yes or no. Sort with no stock and nothing on order first. Give counts of products checked, with stock, and without.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting keneo- are on the akeneo server (the product catalog, PIM). Tools starting dynamics-gp- are on the dynamics-gp server (the ERP). Both servers must be connected.
* The join key is the Akeneo product identifier (the SKU) and the Dynamics GP item number. Compare them exactly first, then trimmed and case-insensitive; report any record that only matches that loose way as a format mismatch rather than a match.
* Dynamics GP tools take an optional company; pass {company} when it is given, and say which company the answer is for.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any write tool on either server.

**Validation:**

* A SKU with no Dynamics GP quantity record at all is reported as not in the ERP, not as zero stock.
* If the catalog returns nothing for the family, say so and stop.
