The problem

Proving a ticket was discussed means searching transcripts by hand

Showing that a support ticket was discussed in meetings means searching transcripts for the customer name or a phrase from the subject. It is slow, and it is easy to quote from memory or read too much into a loose match.

Without PopdockAI

  • Read the ticket for the customer and subject
  • Search meeting transcripts for likely words
  • Check which meetings the requester attended
  • Quote from memory when time runs short

With PopdockAI

  • The ticket is read for subject, requester and organization
  • Transcripts are searched for the organization and key subject words
  • Meetings the requester attended are found
  • Only returned text is quoted, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For Zendesk ticket `{ticket-id}`, find what was said about it in Granola meetings in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 14).

**Step 1: Read the ticket (Zendesk server)**

Call `zendesk-get-ticket` with `ticket-id` set to `{ticket-id}`. Note `subject`, `requester-name`, `requester-email`, `organization-name` and `created-date`. If it does not exist, stop.

**Step 2: Search transcripts (Granola server)**

Call `granola-get-transcript` with `text.contains` set to the organization name, then again with the most distinctive word or phrase from `subject`, and `note-created.from` set to the start of the lookback window. Also call `granola-get-attendee` with `email` set to `requester-email` to find meetings the requester attended.

**Step 3: Report**

Ticket summary, then a list of meetings (`note-title`, date) with the quoted `text` and `speaker` for each relevant hit. End with whether the ticket has been discussed internally, with the evidence.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-get-transcript` and `granola-get-attendee` are on the Granola server; `zendesk-get-ticket` is on the Zendesk server.
* Read-only. Do NOT call `zendesk-update-ticket`, `zendesk-add-ticket-comment` or `zendesk-add-ticket`.

**Validation:**

* If no transcript matches, say none were found rather than inferring.
* Quote only text returned by the tools.
