Find Shopify buyers who have no NetSuite customer record
For finance teams who want new Shopify customers checked against NetSuite by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Web buyers with no NetSuite record go unbilled
Finance exports Shopify customers to a spreadsheet and compares their emails with NetSuite by eye. Web buyers with no NetSuite record are then never billed or reported properly, and the gap is hard to size.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Shopify customers to a spreadsheet
- Compare emails with NetSuite by eye
- Miss buyers whose name or email case differs
- Guess at how much spend sits outside the ledger
With PopdockAI
- Shopify customers are read with order count and spend
- Each email is looked up in NetSuite, ignoring case
- Customers are grouped as matched, name differs or missing
- The spend of missing customers is totalled, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Find Shopify customers created on or after {from-date} (default 30 days ago) who have no NetSuite customer with the same email, checking up to {max-records} customers (default 50).
**Step 1: Read customers from Shopify**
Call `shopify-get-customer` (Shopify server) with `created-at.from` set to {from-date} and `max-records` set to {max-records}. Keep `customer-id`, `name`, `email`, `orders-count` and `total-spent`. Set aside any customer with a blank `email` and list them separately as unmatchable.
**Step 2: Look each email up in NetSuite**
For each customer with an email, call `netsuite-get-customer` (NetSuite server) with `email` set to that address. Compare emails case-insensitively. Keep `internal-id`, `name` and `balance` of the match.
**Step 3: Report**
A table grouped by outcome: matched, matched but name differs, and not in NetSuite. Show Shopify `name`, `email`, `orders-count`, `total-spent` and, where matched, the NetSuite `internal-id` and `balance`. End with counts per group and the total `total-spent` of the customers missing from NetSuite.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with netsuite- are on the NetSuite server; tools whose names start with shopify- are on the Shopify server. Both servers must be connected.
* This is a read-only job. Do not call any tool whose name starts with netsuite-add-, netsuite-update-, shopify-add- or shopify-update-, and never create, change or delete a record on either side.
* Report only what the tools return. Do not estimate or invent figures; totals are sums of rows you actually retrieved, and say so.
* If a read returns the maximum number of rows, say the result may be truncated and suggest narrowing the filters.
* Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Where an input is blank, use the default stated in the Objective.
**Validation:**
* If the first read returns nothing, say so and stop rather than guessing.
* If a lookup on the other system returns more than one record, list them and mark the row ambiguous instead of choosing one.
* If a lookup returns nothing, report the record as present in one system and absent from the other, and continue with the next row.
* If the two systems disagree on a value, show both values side by side and do not decide which is right.Who it's for
