The problem
Web orders that never reached the ERP
Processing and completed WooCommerce orders should all be in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Some never arrive, some arrive twice and some land with a different total, and problems surface only when a customer calls.
Without PopdockAI
- Export orders from WooCommerce
- Search Business Central for each order number
- Compare totals by hand
- Hear about the missing order from the customer
With PopdockAI
- Processing and completed orders are read for the range
- Each is looked for as an open sales document or posted invoice
- Orders are classed matched, amount differs, missing or duplicated
- Only exceptions are shown, and nothing is created or altered

**Objective:** Reconcile WooCommerce orders created from {from-date} (default: 7 days before today) to {to-date} (default: today) against Business Central, and list every order that is missing or differs. Use Business Central company {company} (if blank, leave `company` off).
**Step 1: Collect the web orders**
Call `woocommerce-get-order` with `created-date.from` and `created-date.to` set to the range, and `status` set to processing. Call it again with `status` completed. Use `max-records` 100 on each call. Ignore pending, on-hold, cancelled, failed and refunded orders: they are not expected in Business Central yet. If either call returns 100 orders, say the range was truncated and suggest a shorter one.
**Step 2: Look each order up in Business Central**
Web orders are entered with the WooCommerce order number as the external document number. For each order, call `business-central-get-sales-transaction` with `external-document-number` set to its order-number. If that returns nothing, call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with the same `external-document-number`, since the order may already have been invoiced and posted.
**Step 3: Classify**
* **Matched:** a Business Central document exists and its total-amount-including-tax is within 0.01 of the WooCommerce total.
* **Amount differs:** a document exists but the totals differ by more than 0.01.
* **Missing from Business Central:** no document found by either call.
* **Duplicated:** more than one Business Central document of the same type carries the order number.
**Step 4: Report**
Start with counts per class. Then one table of the exceptions only (not the matched orders), with columns: order number, created date, customer email, WooCommerce total, Business Central document type and number, Business Central total, difference, class. Sort Missing first, then Amount differs, then Duplicated, oldest first within each.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with woocommerce- are on the woocommerce server; tools whose names start with business-central- are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `business-central-create-sales-order`, `business-central-create-sales-invoice`, `woocommerce-update-order` or `woocommerce-add-order-note`. To enter a missing order, the user can run post-web-order-to-business-central for it.
**Validation:**
* If WooCommerce returns no orders in the range, say so and stop.
* If an order's currency differs from the Business Central document's currency-code, report it as Amount differs with both currencies shown rather than comparing the raw numbers.
* Dates are ISO dates (YYYY-MM-DD). If {from-date} is after {to-date}, swap them and say so.Who it's for
