The problem
Vendor cash needs mixed up in a spreadsheet
Knowing how much cash vendors need over the next month means listing open bills, adding recurring bills not yet generated and netting out debit memos. In a spreadsheet, past-due bills and projected charges get mixed together.
Without PopdockAI
- List open bills in Sage Intacct
- Add recurring bills that have not run yet
- Net out open debit memos by hand
- Compare with a bank balance of unknown date
With PopdockAI
- Open and upcoming recurring bills placed week by week
- Real, projected and past-due amounts on separate lines
- Priority, terms and debit memos for the top ten vendors
- Need set against last reconciled balances, nothing paid

**Objective:** Forecast the cash needed to pay vendors over the next {days-ahead} days (default 30) from {as-of-date} (default today), week by week, and set it against the bank balances on record.
**Step 1: Open bills**
Call `intacct-get-bill` with `total-due.min` 0.01 and `due-date.to` set to the end of the window. Set `max-records` to 1000.
* Drop drafts and declined bills, by `state`.
* Bills due before the as-of date go on a separate past-due line. They need paying first.
* Put the rest in weeks by `due-date`, using `total-due`.
**Step 2: Recurring bills not yet generated**
Call `intacct-get-recurring-bill` with `next-execution-date.from` set to the as-of date and `next-execution-date.to` set to the end of the window. For active templates, count `bill-amount` in the week of `next-execution-date` as projected, and keep it separate from real bills. Where the `frequency` means a template runs more than once in the window, count each run.
**Step 3: Offsets and priority**
* For the ten vendors with the most due, call `intacct-get-ap-adjustment` with `vendor-id`. An adjustment with `total-due` not zero is an open debit memo that reduces what is owed.
* Call `intacct-get-vendor` with `vendor-id` for the same vendors to read `payment-priority` and `term`.
**Step 4: Cash on record**
Call `intacct-get-checking-account` for the active accounts. List each account's `last-reconciled-balance` and `last-reconciled-date`. This is the balance at the last reconciliation, not today's balance, so say so wherever you use it.
**Step 5: Report**
1. Headline: the total required in the window per currency, how much of it is past due, and how much is projected recurring.
2. Weekly table: week starting, bills due, recurring projected, total, cumulative.
3. Top ten vendors: vendor, amount due in the window, earliest due date, payment priority, open debit memos.
4. Past-due bills: vendor, bill number, due date, amount.
5. Cash on record: bank account, last reconciled balance and date, and the gap against the cumulative requirement.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. This server has no payment tool and this prompt does not pay or schedule anything. Do not call `intacct-create-recurring-bill`, `intacct-update-vendor` or any other create or update tool.
* Never add amounts across currencies.
* Pass dates as YYYY-MM-DD. If the user names an Intacct company, pass it as `company` on every call.
**Validation:**
* If there are no open bills and no recurring bills in the window, say so and stop.
* If `intacct-get-bill` returns exactly `max-records` rows, say the forecast is incomplete and suggest a shorter window.Who it's for
