The problem
Related-party reviews built on name matching by hand
Related-party reviews for an audit or Form 990 ask what was paid to board members, their family and their businesses. Board members are flagged in DonorPerfect, payments live in Sage Intacct, and matching names by hand is slow and unreliable.
Without PopdockAI
- List flagged board members in DonorPerfect
- Find their family and business links
- Search Sage Intacct vendors for each name
- Total payments and hope nobody was missed
With PopdockAI
- Flagged donors and their linked donors gathered
- Each searched among Intacct vendors and employees and graded
- Payments and bills totalled for each matched vendor
- Unmatched donors listed as checked, findings not conclusions

**Objective:** For every DonorPerfect donor flagged {flag} (default BOARD), find payments the organization made through Sage Intacct to that person, or to a donor linked to them, between {date-from} and {date-to}, for a related-party review such as Form 990 Schedule L or an audit disclosure.
**Step 1: List the flagged people in DonorPerfect**
Call `donorperfect-get-flag` with `flag` {flag} (BOARD if blank). If no donors carry the flag, say so and stop. For each `donor-id`, call `donorperfect-get-donor` for `first-name`, `last-name`, `organization-name`, `email`, `city` and `state`. Call `donorperfect-get-link` with the `donor-id` and read each `linked-donor-id` with `donorperfect-get-donor` too: a payment to a board member's business or family member is also related-party. Keep the `link-code` to show the relationship.
**Step 2: Look for them in Intacct**
For each person and each linked donor, call `intacct-get-vendor` with `vendor-name.contains` set to the most distinctive part of the name (the surname for a person, the main word of an organization's name). Compare each result's `vendor-name`, `email`, `city` and `state` with the DonorPerfect record and grade the match: Strong (name plus email, or name plus city and state), Possible (name only). Also call `intacct-get-employee` with `employee-name.contains` for each flagged person, and note any who are employees, since compensation is reported separately.
**Step 3: Total the payments**
For each Strong or Possible vendor, call `intacct-get-ap-payment` with `vendor-id`, `payment-date.from` {date-from} and `payment-date.to` {date-to}, and total `total-amount`. To show what was bought, call `intacct-get-bill` with the same `vendor-id` and `bill-date.from` and `bill-date.to` over the period, and summarize the `description` values.
**Step 4: Report**
A table: flagged donor (id and name), the party paid (the person, or the linked donor with its link code), Intacct vendor id and name, match grade, payment count, total paid in the period, what was bought, and whether the flagged person is an employee. Then list the flagged donors with no Intacct match, so the reviewer can see they were checked. End with the count of flagged donors and how many have a Strong match.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with donorperfect- are on the donorperfect server; tools whose names start with intacct- are on the intacct server. If either set is missing from your tool list, stop and say which server is not connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `donorperfect-set-flag`, `donorperfect-save-contact`, `intacct-update-vendor` or any other save, create, update or set tool on either server.
* Report findings, not conclusions: a match is not a conflict of interest, and whether a transaction must be disclosed is the reviewer's decision.
* Pass dates to both servers as YYYY-MM-DD.
**Validation:**
* Common surnames produce false matches: never grade a name-only match above Possible.
* If one vendor matches more than one flagged donor, show it under each and say so.
* If a flagged donor has no name on record, list them as unchecked rather than dropping them.Who it's for
