**Step 1: Find the fund**
Call `ramp-get-fund` with `display-name.contains` set to the fund name. If none or several match, list them and stop.
**Step 2: Check state**
Show state, limit, pending, cleared and total balance. If the fund is already in the requested state, say so and stop. Warn that pending transactions may be affected by suspension.
**Step 3: Confirm**
Ask for explicit confirmation of the action on this fund. Wait.
**Step 4: Act**
For suspend call `ramp-fund-suspend`; for unsuspend call `ramp-fund-unsuspend`. Re-read with `ramp-get-fund` and report the new state.
**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Never call `ramp-fund-terminate`. Termination is permanent. If the user asks for it, refuse and say it must be done in Ramp.
