The problem
Win-back lists that do not say who is reachable
Donors who gave a year or two ago and then stopped are the easiest to win back, but finding them in Bloomerang means comparing two periods by hand. Refunds muddy it, and the list rarely shows who is reachable or when they were last contacted.
Without PopdockAI
- Export two periods of giving
- Compare them in a spreadsheet
- Remove refunds and soft credits
- Look up contact details donor by donor
With PopdockAI
- Recent givers are compared with those from the two years before
- Refunds, soft credits and inactive records are left out
- Top donors get contact details, engagement score and last interaction
- They are grouped into call, email or verify first, nothing changed

**Objective:** Find donors who gave in the past but have gone quiet, and produce a ranked outreach list. A donor counts as lapsed when they gave at some point before the last `{lapse-months}` months (default 12) and have given nothing since.
**Step 1: Build the recent giver set**
Call `bloomerang-get-transaction` with `date.from` set to the start of the lapse window and `max-records` set high enough to cover the period. Collect every distinct account-id. These donors are current, and none of them belongs on the outreach list.
**Step 2: Build the prior giver set**
Call `bloomerang-get-transaction` again with `date.to` set to the same boundary date, `date.from` set two years before it, and `amount.min` set to `{minimum-prior-gift}` (default 0). Collect the account-ids with their total given and most recent gift date in that earlier period.
**Step 3: Take the difference**
Every account-id in step 2 that is absent from step 1 is lapsed. Ignore transactions marked refunded on both sides; a refunded gift is not giving.
**Step 4: Put names to the ids**
For each lapsed account-id, call `bloomerang-get-constituent` filtered by id to get the name, status, type, primary email, primary phone and engagement score. Skip anyone whose status is not active. Work down the list in descending order of prior total given and stop once you have the top `{max-donors}` (default 25), so this does not turn into hundreds of calls.
**Step 5: Check the last touch**
For the donors that survive, call `bloomerang-get-interaction` with their account-id to find the most recent contact of any kind. A donor last contacted years ago is a colder ask than one spoken to last month.
**Step 6: Report**
A table ranked by prior total given: name, total given in the prior window, last gift date, months since last gift, engagement score, last interaction date, primary email, and whether contact details look usable.
Follow it with a short section grouping the list into:
* worth a personal call: high prior giving, reachable, no recent contact
* worth an email: moderate prior giving with a usable email
* verify first: no usable email or phone, or contact details flagged bad
**Rules and Guidelines:**
* Read only. Do not call `bloomerang-add-interaction`, `bloomerang-add-task`, `bloomerang-update-constituent`, or any other bloomerang-add- or bloomerang-update- tool. This prompt produces a list for a human to act on.
* Do not describe a donor as lapsed on the strength of one transaction call that hit its record limit. If either transaction call returned exactly the max-records figure, say the result may be incomplete.
* Soft credits are not gifts for this purpose. Do not fold `bloomerang-get-soft-credit` results into the lapse test.
**Validation:**
* If step 1 returns nothing at all, the date window is probably wrong. Say so and stop rather than declaring every donor lapsed.
* If `{minimum-prior-gift}` filters the prior set down to nothing, report the threshold used and suggest a lower one.Who it's for
