The problem
Account managers never see campaign responses
Account managers working in Dynamics GP never see that a customer clicked last week's campaign or unsubscribed with a complaint. Copying that into notes by hand is tedious, and a careless edit can overwrite notes already on the record.
Without PopdockAI
- Export clicks and unsubscribes from Constant Contact
- Find each customer in Dynamics GP
- Type notes into customer records
- Risk overwriting an existing note
With PopdockAI
- Clickers with links and unsubscribers with reasons are collected
- Recipients are matched by every email on file
- One note per customer covers both clicks and opt-outs
- Notes are appended after you confirm, never overwritten
The prompt

**Objective:** After the Constant Contact campaign named `{campaign-name}` has been sent, append a short note to the Dynamics GP customer record of every customer who clicked it or unsubscribed from it, so account managers see it in GP. Use GP company `{company}` (empty means the default company). Nothing is written until the user confirms.
**Step 1: Find the campaign in Constant Contact**
Call `constant-contact-get-campaign` with name.contains `{campaign-name}`. If none or several match, list them and stop. If its status is not Done, say it has not been sent and stop.
**Step 2: Collect clicks and unsubscribes in Constant Contact**
With the campaign-id call `constant-contact-get-campaign-click` and `constant-contact-get-campaign-unsubscribe`. For each email-address keep the number of clicks, the distinct link-url values, and the unsubscribe reason if any.
**Step 3: Match to Dynamics GP customers**
Dynamics GP cannot filter customers by email, so call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-customer` once with inactive false and company `{company}`, max-records 500, and build a lookup from every address in main-email-address (split on semicolons and commas, trimmed, lower case). Recipients with no match are not customers; count them only.
**Step 4: Confirm**
Show the user the notes you will write, one line per customer: customer-id, customer-name, and the note text. The note text is: the campaign name, the send date, then either 'clicked N times: <links>' or 'unsubscribed: <reason>'. Ask for an explicit yes. This writes to the live Dynamics GP company database.
**Step 5: Write the notes in Dynamics GP**
For each confirmed customer call `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-note` with customer-id, company `{company}`, note set to the text, append-to-existing-note true and add-date-and-time true. Never overwrite an existing note.
**Step 6: Report**
Notes written, customers skipped, recipients not matched to a customer, and any failures with the error.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with dynamics-gp are on the dynamics-gp server; tools whose names start with constant-contact are on the constant-contact server.
* The only write tool this prompt may call is `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-note`, with append-to-existing-note true, after Step 4.
* Do NOT call `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-update`, `dynamics-gp-rm-customer-address-email`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact-note` or any other write tool on either server.
**Validation:**
* If a customer both clicked and unsubscribed, write one note that says both.
* If no recipient matches a GP customer, say so and stop before Step 4.Who it's for
