The problem
Owners never see which contacts registered
Account owners want to know which of their contacts are coming to a webinar, but registrants live in GoTo Webinar and relationships live in Pipedrive. Matching them means searching Pipedrive for each registrant by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- Export the registrant list from GoTo Webinar
- Search Pipedrive for each registrant
- Look up the owner and deals for every match
- Split the list by owner by hand
With PopdockAI
- Each registrant is matched by email first
- Name matches need first and last name and are marked
- Pipedrive duplicates are flagged
- A table by owner with deals, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For the webinar named `{webinar-name}`, list every registrant and show whether they already exist as a person in Pipedrive, so each owner knows which of their contacts are coming.
**Step 1: Find the webinar in GoTo Webinar**
Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with `webinar-name.contains` set to `{webinar-name}`. If it matches more than one webinar, list them with their date, status and webinar key and stop so the user can pick one. If it matches none, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read the registrants**
Call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with `webinar-key` from Step 1. Keep each registrant's first name, last name, email, status and registration date.
**Step 3: Carry each email across to Pipedrive**
For each registrant, call `pipedrive-get-person` with `email` set to the registrant's email. Compare emails case-insensitively. If no person comes back, the address may be a secondary email in Pipedrive: call `pipedrive-get-person` with `name.contains` set to the registrant's last name and accept a result only when the first name also matches, marking it as a name match rather than an email match. If there is still no person, record the registrant as not in Pipedrive and continue.
**Step 4: Report**
A summary line: registrants, matched by email, matched by name only, not in Pipedrive.
Then a table grouped by Pipedrive owner: registrant name, email, registration status, Pipedrive person, organization, open deals, won deals, match type. Put the not-in-Pipedrive registrants in a final section of their own.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `goto-webinar-get-webinar` and `goto-webinar-get-registrant` are on the goto-webinar server; `pipedrive-get-person` is on the pipedrive server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `goto-webinar-add-registrant`, `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, `pipedrive-add-person`, `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-add-note`, `pipedrive-add-activity`, `pipedrive-add-deal`, `pipedrive-add-organization`, `pipedrive-update-person`, `pipedrive-update-lead`, `pipedrive-update-deal`, `pipedrive-update-activity`, `pipedrive-update-note` or `pipedrive-update-organization`.
**Validation:**
* If the webinar has no registrants, say so and stop.
* If the same email matches more than one Pipedrive person, list all of them against that registrant and flag it as a duplicate in Pipedrive.
* Never merge two registrants into one row because they share a name; the email is the key.Who it's for
