The problem

Webinar setup gaps surface when the audience arrives

A webinar falls flat when nobody notices that sign-ups are low, approvals are pending, or there is no backup host or dial-in. Checking every upcoming session means opening each one and its settings in turn.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open each upcoming webinar in turn
  • Count registrants and check pending approvals
  • Look for panelists, co-organizers and dial-in numbers
  • Notice the gap on the day

With PopdockAI

  • Every upcoming webinar in the window is checked
  • Low sign-ups, pending approvals and missing backup hosts are flagged
  • Each flag comes with an action, soonest first
  • Nobody is approved or removed

Prompt
**Objective:** Check every webinar scheduled in the next `{days-ahead}` days (default 14) and flag the ones that are not ready to run, treating fewer than `{min-registrants}` registrants (default 10) as low.

**Step 1: Find the upcoming webinars**

Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with date.from set to today and date.to set to today plus the days ahead. If more than 20 come back, check the first 20 by date and say how many were left out.

**Step 2: Check each webinar**

For each webinar key:

* Call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with the webinar key and max-records 1000. Count registrants by status.
* Call `goto-webinar-get-panelist` with the webinar key.
* Call `goto-webinar-get-coorganizer` with the webinar key.
* Call `goto-webinar-get-conferencecallnumbers` with the webinar key.

**Step 3: Flag**

* **Low registration:** approved registrants below the threshold.
* **Pending approvals:** registrants waiting for approval. These people have no join link yet.
* **No backup host:** no co-organizers. If the organizer cannot join, nobody can start the webinar.
* **No panelists:** worth confirming only when the description or name implies guest speakers.
* **No dial-in:** no conference call numbers returned.
* **Password protected:** is-password-protected is set; confirm registrants were given the password.
* **No description:** the registration page has nothing to sell the session.

**Step 4: Report**

* A table in date order: Webinar, Date and start time (with time zone), Approved, Pending, Co-organizers, Panelists, Dial-in, Flags.
* Then, for each webinar with a flag, one line per flag saying what to do about it, soonest webinar first.
* End with the webinars that have no flags, listed by name.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, and do not approve or remove anyone.
* Report times in the webinar's own time zone.
* If a registrant list returns exactly 1000 rows, say the count may be truncated.

**Validation:**

* If no webinars are scheduled in the period, say so and suggest a longer days-ahead.
