The problem

A failed search is not a missing Asana account

Checking whether people in a meeting have Asana accounts means copying emails out of the notes and searching Asana for each one. It is easy to miss someone, or to treat a failed search as a missing account.

Without PopdockAI

  • Copy attendee and invitee emails from the meeting
  • Search Asana for each address
  • Note user IDs for matches
  • Mistake a failed search for no account

With PopdockAI

  • Attendees and invitees are combined by email and labelled
  • Each address is looked up in Asana, email only
  • Failed lookups are marked unchecked, not missing
  • Shared emails flagged, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Check which attendees and invitees of the Granola meeting matching `{meeting-title}` have an Asana user account.

**Step 1: Find the meeting (granola)**

Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{meeting-title}`. If more than one meeting matches, list them with date and stop. If none, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Get the people (granola)**

Call `granola-get-attendee` and `granola-get-invitee` with `note-id` set to the meeting id. Combine them by `email`, marking each person as attended, invited only, or uninvited attendee.

**Step 3: Look each person up (asana)**

For each person with an email, call `asana-get-user` with `email` set to that address. Take `user-id` and `name` from the result. If nothing comes back, record the person as not in Asana. If the lookup errors, mark them unchecked, not missing.

**Step 4: Report**

A table: name, email, meeting status, Asana user-id or "not in Asana" or "unchecked". Finish with counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting with granola- are on the granola server; tools starting with asana- are on the asana server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any asana create tools, asana update tools or asana add tools tool.
* Do not guess a match by name alone; match on email.

**Validation:**

* If an attendee has no email, list them as "no email" and continue.
* If several Asana users share one email, flag it and do not pick one.
