The problem

Every attendee searched twice, as contact and lead

After a call, you compare the attendee list with Salesforce by hand. Each person has to be searched as a contact and again as a lead, and people who are not yet records are easy to miss.

Without PopdockAI

  • Copy attendees and invitees from the meeting
  • Search Salesforce contacts for each email
  • Search leads again for the rest
  • Miss people with no record

With PopdockAI

  • The meeting is found, and it stops if several match
  • Each email is checked as a contact, then a lead, ignoring case
  • Two records on one email are both listed
  • Name, account and owner per match, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For the meeting whose title contains `{meeting-title}`, show which attendees already exist in Salesforce as contacts or leads, and which do not.

**Step 1: Find the meeting (granola server)**

Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{meeting-title}` and `max-records` 5. If more than one note matches, list them (title, `scheduled-start`, `id`) and stop so the user can narrow the title. If none match, say so and stop.

**Step 2: List the attendees (granola server)**

Call `granola-get-attendee` with `note-id` set to the note `id`. Collect each `name` and `email`. Also call `granola-get-invitee` with the same `note-id` and add any invitee emails not already listed. Drop rows with no email and list them separately as unmatchable.

**Step 3: Look each person up in Salesforce (salesforce server)**

For each email, call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email` set to that address. If no contact is found, call `salesforce-get-lead` with `email` set to it. Match on the exact email, ignoring case. If more than one record matches an email, report all of them and do not pick one.

**Step 4: Report**

A table with one row per attendee: name, email, match type (Contact, Lead, none), Salesforce name, `account-name` or `company`, `owner`. End with counts of contacts, leads and unmatched attendees.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-*` tools are on the granola server; `salesforce-*` tools are on the salesforce server. Both must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-asset`, `salesforce-add-campaign` or any `salesforce-update-*` tool.

**Validation:**

* If Salesforce returns nothing for an attendee, mark them "not in Salesforce" and continue with the rest.
* If an attendee name differs from the Salesforce name but the email matches, report the match and note the difference.
