The problem

Prospects join calls but never reach Salesforce

Prospects join calls but never get entered in Salesforce, because nobody compares meeting attendees with the CRM. Finding them means going through each meeting and searching Salesforce address by address.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open each recent meeting's attendee list
  • Remove your own colleagues by hand
  • Search Salesforce contacts and leads for each email
  • Lose track of who keeps coming back

With PopdockAI

  • Recent attendees are grouped by email with a meeting count
  • Internal addresses are dropped
  • Each email is checked as a contact, then a lead
  • Unchecked people are kept apart, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Find people who attended Granola meetings in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 14) and have no matching contact or lead in Salesforce. Ignore addresses ending in `{internal-domain}` when it is given.

**Step 1: List attendees (granola server)**

Call `granola-get-attendee` with `note-created.from` set to today minus the lookback days and `max-records` 500. Group rows by `email` (case-insensitive) and keep the `name`, the count of meetings and the latest `note-title`. Drop empty emails and any address on `{internal-domain}`.

**Step 2: Check Salesforce (salesforce server)**

For each distinct email call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email`. If none, call `salesforce-get-lead` with `email`. Stop checking an email at the first match.

**Step 3: Report**

A table of people with no match: name, email, meetings attended, latest meeting title. Rank by meetings attended, most first. Finish with the totals checked and missing.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-*` tools are on the granola server; `salesforce-*` tools are on the salesforce server. Both must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-asset`, `salesforce-add-campaign` or any `salesforce-update-*` tool.

**Validation:**

* If the attendee list is truncated at 500, say so and suggest a shorter lookback.
* If Salesforce lookups fail for an email, list it as "unchecked" rather than "missing".
