**Objective:** Find Mailchimp unsubscribes and hard bounces since `{since-date}` (default 30 days ago) and, after the user confirms, add a note to the matching Bloomerang constituent so fundraisers know email no longer reaches them.

**Step 1: Read unsubscribes and bounces in Mailchimp**

Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with `unsubscribe-date.from` set to `{since-date}` (email, campaign-name, unsubscribe-date, reason). Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` with `action` set to bounce and `activity-date.from` set to the same date, and keep only rows whose bounce-type is hard. Keep one row per email, using the latest event.

**Step 2: Match to Bloomerang**

For each email call `bloomerang-get-email-address` with `value` to get the `account-id`. Report unmatched emails and skip them. Call `bloomerang-get-note` with `account-id` and `date.from` set to `{since-date}`, and skip anyone who already has a note mentioning this unsubscribe or bounce.

**Step 3: Confirm**

Show a table of the notes you will add (constituent name, account-id, email, event, date, reason). Do not write anything until the user says yes.

**Step 4: Write**

For each confirmed row call `bloomerang-add-note` once with `account-id`, `date` set to the event date and a `note` such as: Mailchimp: unsubscribed from <campaign-name> on <date>, reason <reason>. Or: Mailchimp: hard bounce for <email> on <date>.

**Step 5: Report**

Notes created, skipped as already noted, unmatched emails, and failures.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting mailchimp- are on the mailchimp server; tools starting bloomerang- are on the bloomerang server.
* The only write allowed is `bloomerang-add-note`, once per confirmed constituent, after confirmation. Do NOT call `bloomerang-update-email-address`, `bloomerang-update-constituent`, `mailchimp-update-list-member` or any other write tool.

**Validation:**

* If there are no unsubscribes or hard bounces in the period, say so and stop.
* Soft bounces are temporary; never note them.
* Match emails case-insensitively.
