Find store customers to consider for donor outreach

**Objective:** List e-commerce customers from the stores connected to Mailchimp who have spent at least `{min-total-spent}` (default 0) and have no constituent in Bloomerang, so they can be considered for donor outreach.

**Step 1: Read the store customers**

Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `total-spent.min` set to `{min-total-spent}` (leave it out if blank) and a high `max-records`. Keep first-name, last-name, email, company, city, country, orders-count, total-spent and opt-in-status.

**Step 2: Look each one up in Bloomerang**

For each customer with an email call `bloomerang-get-email-address` with `value` set to the email. If it returns an `account-id`, the customer is already a constituent; call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `id` to confirm the name. If nothing comes back, the customer is not in Bloomerang.

**Step 3: Report**

Two tables. First, customers not in Bloomerang sorted by total-spent: name, email, company, city, orders-count, total-spent, opt-in-status. Second, customers already in Bloomerang whose name differs from the constituent's. End with counts read, already constituents and not constituents.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `mailchimp-get-customer` is on the mailchimp server; `bloomerang-get-email-address` and `bloomerang-get-constituent` are on the bloomerang server.
* Read-only. Do NOT call `bloomerang-add-constituent` or `bloomerang-add-email-address`. If the user then asks to create constituents, confirm the list with them first and create one at a time.
* Point out customers whose opt-in-status is false: they have not agreed to marketing email.

**Validation:**

* If no store customers come back, call `mailchimp-get-store` to show whether any store is connected, and stop.
* Match emails case-insensitively.
