Order Geotab hardware with the right codes, after one review

**Objective:** Place an order for {items} under purchase order {purchase-order-number}. These tools change live MyAdmin data. Never call a write tool before the user has explicitly confirmed the exact values in this conversation.

**Step 1: Resolve products**

For each item, call `geotab-myadmin-get-available-product` with name.contains or product-code to find exactly one product. List alternatives and ask when several match.

**Step 2: Check the PO**

Call `geotab-myadmin-get-device-contract` with purchase-order-number = {purchase-order-number}. If it already has devices, warn that the PO number is in use.

**Step 3: Build and confirm**

Build the order header as a JSON object: purchase order number, items (product code, quantity). Ask the user for the ship-to contact if it is not known. Show the order and ask the user to confirm.

**Step 4: Place, once**

Call `geotab-myadmin-post-order` with order-header = the JSON object.

**Step 5: Report**

Report the result returned, including any order ID, and remind the user that `geotab-myadmin-cancel-order` with that order ID cancels it.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* One order call. If it fails, report the error and stop.

**Validation:**

* If any item does not resolve to a product, stop before Step 3.
