The problem
Project teams never see the financials
Contract value, actuals and the customer's unpaid invoices are tracked in Sage Intacct, but the project team works in Asana and seldom sees them. Sharing the numbers means copying them over by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- Pull contract, budget and actuals from Sage Intacct
- Check the customer's overdue invoices
- Write a status update by hand
- Post it in Asana, if anyone remembers
With PopdockAI
- Contract, budget, actuals and percent complete read
- The customer's overdue invoices added, with a note on scope
- A drafted update with a proposed status shown first
- Posted only after you confirm, Intacct never changed

**Objective:** Summarise the financial position of `{project-name}` from Sage Intacct and, after the user confirms, post it as a status update on the matching Asana project.
**Step 1: Read the project in Intacct**
Call `intacct-get-project` with `project-name` = `{project-name}`. If it returns zero or several projects, say so and stop. Keep `project-id`, `customer-id`, `customer-name`, `contract-amount`, `budgeted-billing-amount`, `actual-amount` and `percent-complete`.
**Step 2: Read the customer's open invoices**
Call `intacct-get-invoice` with `customer-id` from Step 1 and `total-due.min` = 0.01. Keep `invoice-number`, `invoice-date`, `due-date` and `total-due`. Count the invoices past `due-date` as of today and total their `total-due`. These invoices are for the customer, not necessarily the project; say so in the summary.
**Step 3: Find the Asana project**
Call `asana-get-project` with `name` = `{project-name}`. If it returns zero or several projects, say so and stop without writing anything.
**Step 4: Draft and confirm**
Draft the update:
* Title: "Financials from Intacct" and today's date.
* Text: contract amount, budgeted billing, actual amount, actual as a percentage of contract, percent complete, and the customer's overdue invoice count and amount. Plain text, one figure per line.
* Status: use `{status}` if given. Otherwise propose at risk when actual amount exceeds 90% of contract while percent complete is below 90, or when the customer has overdue invoices; otherwise on track.
Show the draft to the user and ask them to confirm. Do not continue without a clear yes.
**Step 5: Post and confirm**
Only after confirmation, call `asana-create-status-for-project` once with the Asana `project-id`, the title, the text and the status. Report the returned `permalink-url`.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `intacct-get-project` and `intacct-get-invoice` are on the intacct server. `asana-get-project` and `asana-create-status-for-project` are on the asana server.
* `asana-create-status-for-project` is the only tool that may write, and only once, after confirmation. Do NOT call `asana-update-project`, `asana-create-status-update` or any intacct create or update tool.
* Pass the status as one of the values the `status` parameter accepts; if the tool rejects it, tell the user and stop.
**Validation:**
* If `contract-amount` is empty or zero, do not calculate a percentage; say the contract amount is not set.
* If the project has no `customer-id`, skip Step 2 and say so in the text.Who it's for
