What you owe a vendor and who is on it live apart
What you owe a vendor lives in Dynamics GP, while the tasks and notes about that vendor live in TickTick. Without checking both, due invoices are missed or chased twice, and nobody sees that an invoice due this week has no task.

The prompt

**Objective:** For the vendor `{vendor}` (company `{company}`, optional), show what is owed in powergp-online and what work is already tracked for them in TickTick.
**Step 1: Find the vendor (powergp-online)**
Call `powergp-online-get-vendors` with `vendor-name.contains` set to `{vendor}` (or `vendor-id` if it looks like an id), adding `company` when given. If several match, list them and stop.
**Step 2: Open payables**
Call `powergp-online-get-payables-transactions` with the chosen `vendor-id`, ordered by `due-date`; also call `powergp-online-get-purchase-orders` with `vendor-id` for open purchase orders. Note vendor hold status and current balance from step 1.
**Step 3: TickTick context**
Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `title.contains` set to the vendor name; for each hit call `ticktick-get-task-comments` using its `task-id` and `project-id`.
**Step 4: Report**
Vendor, balance, hold status, payables due soonest (document number, due date, unapplied amount), open purchase orders, then the TickTick tasks (title, due date, last comment). Call out invoices due within 7 days with no task.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `powergp-online-*` tools belong to the powergp-online server; `ticktick-*` tools belong to the TickTick server.
* Read-only. Never call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task` or `ticktick-delete-task`.
**Validation:**
* If TickTick finds nothing, report 'no tracked work' instead of guessing.
