Reconcile 2Checkout customers with Rillet customers

**Objective:** Compare 2Checkout customers (optionally only those at company `{company}`, up to `{max-records}` customers, default 50) with Rillet customers and report who is missing from each system.

**Step 1: Read customers from 2Checkout**

Call `2checkout-get-customer` with `company` set to `{company}` if given and `max-records` set to `{max-records}` (50 if empty). Keep `customer-reference`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `company`, `email` and `enabled`. Set aside customers with no email and count them.

**Step 2: Read customers from Rillet**

Call `rillet-get-customer-emails` (it has no filters, so read all rows) and keep `customer-id`, `name` and `email`. Call `rillet-get-customers` and join on `customer-id` to add `invoicing-name`, `payment-terms` and `country`.

**Step 3: Match on email**

For each 2Checkout customer, look for a Rillet row with the same email. Mark it matched, or absent from Rillet. List Rillet emails that matched no 2Checkout customer in the sample.

**Step 4: Report**

Give four lists: matched customers (with any name or country mismatch), 2Checkout customers missing from Rillet, Rillet customers not in the 2Checkout sample, and customers skipped for having no email. End with the counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with 2checkout belong to the 2checkout server and tools whose names start with rillet belong to the Rillet server. Both servers must be connected.
* The shared key is the email address: 2checkout `email` or `end-user-email` against Rillet `email` from `rillet-get-customer-emails`, which carries the Rillet `customer-id`. Compare emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces.
* This is read-only: never call any 2checkout action tool (any 2checkout tool that adds, updates, cancels, refunds, enables, disables or renews) and never call any Rillet tool that adds, updates, applies, unapplies, records or sets, such as `rillet-add-customer`, `rillet-add-invoice-ar-only`, `rillet-add-invoice-revenue-only`, `rillet-add-invoice-payment`, `rillet-add-credit-memo`, `rillet-update-customer`, `rillet-update-invoice` and `rillet-set-invoice-sent-status`.

**Validation:**

* If `2checkout-get-customer` returns nothing, say so and stop.
* If one email maps to more than one Rillet customer, list the duplicates and do not pick one.
* State that the 2Checkout side is limited to `{max-records}` customers, so Rillet-only customers are only those outside that sample.
