Reconcile 2Checkout payouts to Intacct deposits

**Objective:** For 2Checkout payouts completed from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (dates as YYYY-MM-DD; default the last 30 days), confirm each one has a matching deposit or other receipt in Intacct, with `{amount-tolerance}` allowed as a difference (default 0.01).

**Step 1: Read payouts from 2Checkout**

Call `2checkout-get-payout` (2Checkout server) with `transfer-completion-date.from` and `transfer-completion-date.to`. Keep `transfer-completion-date`, `amount`, `currency`, `status`, `total-fees` and `total-refunds`.

**Step 2: Look for the money in Intacct**

For each payout call `intacct-get-deposit` (Intacct server) with `deposit-date.from` set to 3 days before the payout date, `deposit-date.to` set to 7 days after, and `total-base-amount.min` and `total-base-amount.max` set to the payout amount minus and plus `{amount-tolerance}`. If nothing matches, call `intacct-get-other-receipt` with `transaction-date.from`, `transaction-date.to`, `total-base-amount.min` and `total-base-amount.max` on the same window and range.

**Step 3: Report**

Table: payout date, 2Checkout amount and currency, Intacct record found (deposit id or transaction number, date, amount, `cleared`), and verdict: Matched, Amount differs, or Not found in Intacct. End with totals of matched and unmatched amounts per currency.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `2checkout-get-payout` is on the 2Checkout server; `intacct-get-deposit` and `intacct-get-other-receipt` are on the Intacct server.
* Read-only. Do not call `intacct-create-journal-entry` or any other write tool on either server.
* Amounts are compared in the payout currency; Intacct `total-base-amount` is in the base currency.

**Validation:**

* If the payout currency differs from the Intacct base currency, report the payout as Not comparable instead of guessing a rate.
* If several Intacct records fit one payout, list them all and mark it Ambiguous.
* If 2Checkout returns no payouts, say so and stop.
