Find vendors that exist in Ramp but not in Rillet

**Objective:** Compare the vendor lists in Ramp and Rillet, limited to names containing `{name-filter}` if given (default: all vendors), and report vendors that exist in one system but not the other.

**Step 1: Read Ramp vendors**

Call `ramp-get-vendor` (ramp server). If `{name-filter}` is not empty, pass it as `name.contains`. Keep `id`, `name`, `active` and `total-spend-ytd`. Ignore vendors where `active` is false unless `{include-inactive}` is "yes".

**Step 2: Read Rillet vendors**

Call `rillet-get-vendors` (rillet server). It has no filters, so apply `{name-filter}` yourself as a case-insensitive contains. Keep `vendor-id`, `name`, `email`, `payment-terms`, `country`.

**Step 3: Match**

Match on name after lowercasing, trimming and removing punctuation and the suffixes Inc, LLC, Ltd, Corp, GmbH. If a Ramp name matches more than one Rillet vendor, list it under Ambiguous and do not pick one.

**Step 4: Report**

Four lists: in Ramp only (with `total-spend-ytd`, largest first), in Rillet only, matched (count only, plus any whose country differs), ambiguous. End with one line of counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting ramp- are on the ramp server and tools starting rillet- are on the rillet server. Both servers must be connected.
* Read only. Never call any Ramp or Rillet write tool: not `ramp-bill-add`, `ramp-bill-update`, `ramp-vendor-add`, `ramp-vendor-update`, `ramp-accounting-sync-ready`, `rillet-add-bill`, `rillet-add-vendor`, `rillet-update-bill`, `rillet-add-bill-payment`, nor any other tool whose name contains add, update, delete, archive or upload.
* Do not suggest creating vendors in the report body; just state the gap.

**Validation:**

* If either server returns no vendors, say which one and stop.
* If a filter matches nothing on both sides, say so and stop.
* If either call hits a record cap, say the comparison is partial.
