The problem
Shopify consent and Mailchimp status quietly disagree
Shopify's accepts marketing flag and a customer's Mailchimp status should agree, but they drift as people check out, unsubscribe and get cleaned. Spotting gaps means comparing each customer by hand, and emailing someone without consent is a compliance problem.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Shopify customers with their consent flag
- Look up each one in the Mailchimp audience
- Sort them into agree and disagree by hand
- Miss duplicate members for the same email
With PopdockAI
- Up to 250 Shopify customers are looked up in the audience
- Each is classed as agree, missing, withdrawn, subscribed without consent or pending
- Each mismatch class gets its own table sorted by spend
- Duplicate members are reported as data problems, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For Shopify customers created on or after `{customer-created-from}` (default: all customers, up to 250), compare Shopify marketing consent with membership of the Mailchimp audience named `{list-name}`, and list every customer where the two disagree.
**Step 1: Confirm the audience in Mailchimp**
Call `mailchimp-get-list` with `name` = `{list-name}`. If nothing matches, call it again with `name.contains` = `{list-name}`, list the matches and stop. Note `list-id` and `number-of-members`.
**Step 2: Read the customers from Shopify**
Call `shopify-get-customer` with `created-at.from` = `{customer-created-from}` if it was given, and `max-records` = 250. Keep `email`, `name`, `accepts-marketing`, `total-spent` and `state`. Skip customers with no email and count them.
**Step 3: Look each one up in Mailchimp**
For each customer, call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `email` = the Shopify `email` and `list-name` = `{list-name}`. Classify:
* **Agree:** Shopify `accepts-marketing` true and Mailchimp `status` subscribed, or Shopify false and absent or not subscribed in Mailchimp.
* **Missing from audience:** Shopify true, no Mailchimp member.
* **Consent withdrawn in Mailchimp:** Shopify true, Mailchimp unsubscribed or cleaned.
* **Subscribed without Shopify consent:** Shopify false, Mailchimp subscribed.
* **Pending:** Mailchimp status pending; list separately, not as a mismatch.
**Step 4: Report**
A count per class, then one table per mismatch class with name, email, total spent, Shopify consent and Mailchimp status, sorted by total spent descending. End with the number of customers checked and skipped.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-*` tools are on the shopify server; `mailchimp-*` tools are on the mailchimp server.
* Match on email only, case-insensitive and trimmed.
* Read-only. Do NOT call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `shopify-update-customer` or any other add or update tool. To fix the gaps, the user can run `sync-customers-to-audience` from this server.
**Validation:**
* If Step 2 returns 250 customers, say the result was capped and suggest a later `{customer-created-from}`.
* If Mailchimp returns more than one member for an email on the same audience, report it as a data problem rather than picking one.Who it's for
