The problem
Two customer lists that drift apart
Customers created in Stripe and in Dynamics 365 Business Central drift apart: some exist in one system only, some are spelled differently and some share an email with a duplicate. Comparing two long lists by hand is tedious and easy to get wrong.
Without PopdockAI
- Export customers from both systems
- Match them by email and name in a spreadsheet
- Spot spelling differences by eye
- Miss duplicates that share an email
With PopdockAI
- Customers are matched by email, then exact name
- Name-only matches are marked weaker, and partial names never match
- Four tables show matched, different and one-sided customers
- Duplicates are flagged, and nothing is changed
The prompt

**Objective:** Compare the customers in Stripe with the customers in Business Central company `{company}` (default: the default company), limited to names containing `{name-contains}` (default: all customers), and report which exist on only one side and which disagree.
**Step 1: Read Stripe customers**
Call `stripe-get-customer` with `name.contains` set to `{name-contains}` when it is given. Keep `customer-id`, `name`, `email`, `currency`, `balance` and `delinquent` for each.
**Step 2: Read Business Central customers**
Call `business-central-get-customer` with `company` set to `{company}` and `name.contains` set to `{name-contains}` when given. Keep `customer-number`, `name`, `email`, `balance-due` and `blocked`.
**Step 3: Match**
Match on email first, comparing case-insensitively and ignoring surrounding spaces. For a record with no email match, try an exact name match, ignoring case and punctuation. Mark name-only matches as weaker in the report. Never match on a partial name.
**Step 4: Report**
Four sections, each a table:
1. Matched: Stripe customer-id, Business Central customer-number, name, email.
2. Recorded differently: matched pairs whose names differ, or matched on name but with different emails. Show both values side by side.
3. In Stripe only: customer-id, name, email, delinquent.
4. In Business Central only: customer-number, name, email, balance-due.
End with a count for each section.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `stripe-get-customer` is on the stripe server; `business-central-get-customer` is on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-customer` or `business-central-update-customer`. To create a missing customer, point the user to the create-bc-customer-from-stripe prompt.
* If either read hits its record limit, say that the comparison is partial and suggest narrowing `{name-contains}`.
**Validation:**
* If either side returns no customers, report that side as empty and list everything from the other side as unmatched. Do not guess matches.
* A customer with no email on either side can only be name-matched; say so in its row.
* If one email matches several records on the same side, list them all under Recorded differently, flagged as duplicates.Who it's for
