The problem
Refunds counted twice or flagged when they are fine
Refunds and credit notes issued in Stripe need matching credit memos in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Because one refund can sit behind a credit note, it is easy to count the same event twice, and refunds handled by reversing the invoice look like errors when they are not.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Stripe credit notes and refunds
- Work out which refunds a credit note already covers
- Search Business Central for each credit memo
- Raise false alarms on reversed invoices
With PopdockAI
- Refunds covered by a credit note are dropped, so nothing counts twice
- Each is found by reference, then customer and exact amount
- Pending and failed refunds are listed separately
- Fraudulent or duplicate refunds are noted as possibly reversed, read-only

**Objective:** Check that the Stripe credit notes and refunds created from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (default: the 30 days ending today) are recorded as posted sales credit memos in Business Central company `{company}` (default: the default company).
**Step 1: Read Stripe credit notes and refunds**
Call `stripe-get-credit-note` with `status` set to issued and `created.from` / `created.to` set to the range. Keep `credit-note-id`, `number`, `invoice-id`, `refund-id`, `customer-email`, `amount`, `currency` and `reason`.
Call `stripe-get-refund` with `created-date.from` / `created-date.to` set to the range. Keep `refund-id`, `charge-id`, `customer-email`, `amount`, `status` and `reason`. Drop any refund whose `refund-id` already appears on a credit note, so that one event is not counted twice.
**Step 2: Find each one in Business Central**
For a credit note, call `business-central-get-posted-sales-credit-memo` with `external-document-number` set to the credit note `number`. For a standalone refund, use the `refund-id`.
If nothing comes back, fall back: call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to the Stripe `customer-email`, then `business-central-get-posted-sales-credit-memo` with that `sell-to-customer-number`, `posting-date` 5 days either side of the Stripe date, and `total-amount-including-tax.min` / `.max` both set to the Stripe amount. Mark a fallback match as "matched by amount".
**Step 3: Report**
1. Matched: Stripe number or refund-id, amount, Business Central credit-memo-number.
2. Matched by amount: the same, so the user can record the Stripe reference.
3. Not in Business Central: Stripe reference, customer, amount, reason, date.
4. Refunds that are not succeeded (pending or failed), listed separately and not treated as missing.
End with totals per section per currency.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `stripe-get-credit-note` and `stripe-get-refund` are on the stripe server; `business-central-get-posted-sales-credit-memo` and `business-central-get-customer` are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-sales-credit-memo`, `business-central-create-sales-credit-memo-line` or `business-central-update-sales-credit-memo`.
* Refunds with reason fraudulent or duplicate may be handled in Business Central by reversing the invoice instead. Say so in their rows rather than calling them errors.
**Validation:**
* If Stripe returns nothing for the range, say so and stop.
* If the Stripe customer has no Business Central customer, say so in the row rather than failing the whole run.Who it's for
