The problem
Paid in Stripe, still open in Business Central
Stripe invoices should each have a posted invoice in Dynamics 365 Business Central with the same amount and status. When they disagree, collections chase paid customers or cash goes unapplied, and matching is slow when invoices lack the Stripe number.
Without PopdockAI
- Export paid and open Stripe invoices
- Search Business Central by Stripe number
- Fall back to customer and amount by hand
- Chase customers who already paid
With PopdockAI
- Paid and open Stripe invoices are read for the range
- Each is found by Stripe number, then customer and exact amount
- Status mismatches and amount differences above one cent are flagged
- Totals come per currency, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Reconcile the Stripe invoices created from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (default: the 30 days ending today) against posted sales invoices in Business Central company `{company}` (default: the default company).
**Step 1: Read Stripe invoices**
Call `stripe-get-invoice` with `created-date.from` and `created-date.to`, once with `status` set to paid and once with `status` set to open. Ignore draft, void and uncollectible invoices. Keep `invoice-id`, `number`, `customer-email`, `customer-name`, `total`, `amount-remaining`, `currency`, `created-date` and `status`.
**Step 2: Find each one in Business Central**
For each Stripe invoice, call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `external-document-number` set to the Stripe `number`.
If nothing comes back, fall back: call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to the Stripe `customer-email` (cache the result per email), then call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with that `sell-to-customer-number` and a `posting-date` window 5 days either side of the Stripe `created-date`. Accept a candidate only if its `total-amount-including-tax` equals the Stripe `total`. Mark a fallback match as "matched by amount".
If still nothing, record the invoice as in Stripe only and continue.
**Step 3: Compare matched pairs**
* Amount: Stripe `total` against Business Central `total-amount-including-tax`. A difference of 0.01 or less is rounding; ignore it.
* Payment status: Stripe paid but Business Central `remaining-amount` above zero, or Stripe open but Business Central `remaining-amount` zero.
* Currency: Stripe currency is lower case (usd); Business Central leaves `currency-code` empty for the local currency. Treat empty as matching the local currency and only flag a clear difference.
**Step 4: Report**
Tables for: Matched and agreeing (count only, unless the user asks), Amount differences, Payment status mismatches (the most important for collections and cash application), In Stripe only, and Matched by amount (so the user can add the Stripe number as the external document number). Finish with totals per section in each currency.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `stripe-get-invoice` is on the stripe server; `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` and `business-central-get-customer` are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-sales-invoice`, `business-central-update-sales-invoice` or any other create or update tool. For invoices in Stripe only, point the user to the create-bc-invoice-from-stripe prompt.
**Validation:**
* If Stripe returns no invoices in the range, say so and stop.
* If a Stripe invoice has no `number` or no `customer-email`, list it under In Stripe only with the reason.
* If a read hits its record limit, say the reconciliation is partial and suggest a shorter date range.Who it's for
