Find broken 2Checkout cross-sell and upsell campaigns

**Objective:** Review cross-sell and upsell campaigns, and when `{product-code}` is given focus on campaigns touching that product.

**Step 1: Cross-sell**

Call `2checkout-get-crosssellcampaign` (filter `status` is available) and, per campaign, `2checkout-get-crosssellcampaignproduct` with `campaign-code`. When `{product-code}` is given also call `2checkout-get-productcrosssell` with `product-code`.

**Step 2: Upsell**

Call `2checkout-get-upsellcampaign` with `primary-product-code` or `recommended-product-code` set to `{product-code}` when given, otherwise unfiltered.

**Step 3: Report**

* Campaigns past their end date but still active or enabled
* Campaigns with no products
* Two campaigns recommending the same product from the same master product
* Discounts above 50 percent
* Upsells that recommend a product the primary product already includes

Then a per-campaign summary table.
