Review the largest 2Checkout orders waiting for approval

**Objective:** List orders whose approve-status is `{approve-status}` with a gross price of at least `{minimum-gross-price}` (default 0), and rank them by value.

**Step 1: Pull the orders**

Call `2checkout-get-order` with `approve-status` set to `{approve-status}` and `gross-price.min` set to `{minimum-gross-price}`. If approve-status is blank, omit it and report the distinct approve-status values you see instead.

**Step 2: Enrich the top ten**

For the ten largest orders call `2checkout-get-orderitem` and keep the matching reference-number rows to show what was bought.

**Step 3: Report**

A ranked table: reference-number, buyer, currency, gross-discounted-price, status, test-order, items. Total the exposure per currency. Never add amounts across currencies.
