Trace a 2Checkout order to its items and invoice

**Objective:** Trace the order matching `{order-search}` (the buyer last name, or the external reference the merchant stored).

**Step 1: Find the order**

Call `2checkout-get-order` with `external-reference` set to `{order-search}`. If it returns nothing, call it with `billing-last-name` set to `{order-search}`. List reference-number, billing name, status, approve-status, currency, gross-discounted-price and test-order. If several orders match, show them and stop so the user can pick a reference-number.

**Step 2: Items and invoice**

* Call `2checkout-get-orderitem` and keep rows whose reference-number matches the chosen order (use `product-name` or `order-date` filters to narrow if the set is large).
* Call `2checkout-get-invoice` with `order-reference` set to the chosen reference-number.

**Step 3: Report**

Order header, item table (product, quantity, gross price, discount, fulfillment status), affiliate name and commission if any, and the invoice filename. Flag test orders and orders whose approve-status is not approved.
