Check that 2Checkout order products exist in Dynamics GP

**Objective:** For 2Checkout order `{order-reference}`, check that each product sold exists as an item in Dynamics GP (company `{company}`, default is the server default) and compare the selling price.

**Step 1: Read the order lines in 2Checkout**

Call `2checkout-get-order` to confirm the order exists (match `reference-number`), then call `2checkout-get-orderitem` and keep the lines with that `reference-number`. Note `product-code`, `product-name`, `sku`, `quantity` and `gross-price` for each line. If the order has no lines, report that and stop. Call `2checkout-get-product` with `product-code` for each line to read the product `name`.

**Step 2: Look each product up in Dynamics GP**

For each line call `dynamics-gp-get-iv-item` with `item-number` = `sku` (or `product-code` when `sku` is empty). If nothing returns, retry with `item-description.contains` = the product name. Then call `dynamics-gp-get-iv-item-price` for the matched `item-number` and take `list-price`.

**Step 3: Report**

Table per line: product code, product name, GP `item-number` or Not in GP, GP `list-price`, 2Checkout unit price (`gross-price` divided by `quantity`), difference. End with the list of products not in Dynamics GP.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `2checkout-get-orderitem`, `2checkout-get-order` and `2checkout-get-product` are on the 2checkout server; `dynamics-gp-get-iv-item` and `dynamics-gp-get-iv-item-price` are on the dynamics-gp server.
* Read-only. Do not call `dynamics-gp-iv-item-add`, `dynamics-gp-iv-item-price-add`, `2checkout-product-add` or `2checkout-product-update`.

**Validation:**

* If several GP items match one product, list them and do not pick one.
* If the currencies differ between 2Checkout and the GP price, show both and do not compute a difference.
