Match 2Checkout payouts to Dynamics GP bank deposits

**Objective:** Match each 2Checkout payout completed on or after `{payout-from-date}` with a bank transaction in Dynamics GP, optionally limited to checkbook `{checkbook-id}`.

**Step 1: Read payouts from 2Checkout**

Call `2checkout-get-payout` with `transfer-completion-date.from` = `{payout-from-date}`. Keep `transfer-completion-date`, `amount`, `currency`, `status`, `total-fees` and `total-refunds`. If none, report that and stop.

**Step 2: Find the deposit in Dynamics GP**

For each payout call `dynamics-gp-get-gl-bank-transaction` with `transaction-date.from` = three days before `transfer-completion-date`, `transaction-date.to` = seven days after it, `checkbook-amount.min` and `checkbook-amount.max` both equal to `amount`, and `checkbook-id` = `{checkbook-id}` if given. Skip voided transactions.

**Step 3: Report**

Table: payout date, amount, currency, status, matching GP `cm-transaction-number` and `transaction-date`, or Unmatched. Then list the unmatched payouts and the total unmatched amount per currency.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `2checkout-get-payout` is on the 2checkout server; `dynamics-gp-get-gl-bank-transaction` is on the dynamics-gp server.
* Read-only. Do not call `dynamics-gp-gl-bank-transaction-add` or `dynamics-gp-gl-bank-deposit-add`.

**Validation:**

* If one GP transaction would match two payouts of equal amount, flag both as Ambiguous.
* If no checkbook is given and transactions come from several checkbooks, show the checkbook for each.
