Spot gaps in a 2Checkout partner network in one pass

**Objective:** Review partner `{partner-code}` and the resellers and affiliates around it.

**Step 1: Partner**

Call `2checkout-get-partner` with `partner-code` set to `{partner-code}`. Note status, company-name, country, currency and can-create-proformas.

**Step 2: Resellers and affiliates**

Call `2checkout-get-reseller` with `partner-code` set to `{partner-code}`. Call `2checkout-get-affiliate` with `affiliate-name.contains` set to the partner company name to spot a matching affiliate.

**Step 3: Report**

Partner profile, reseller table (reseller-code, company, email, country), and flags: partner not active, no resellers, resellers missing email, a possible affiliate duplicate.
