See your 2Checkout payout position in one view

**Objective:** Review the payout position for currency `{currency}` (such as USD or EUR).

**Step 1: Balance**

Call `2checkout-get-payoutbalance` with `currency` set to `{currency}`. Note orders-total, processing-fees, chargeback-fees, tax-collected, affiliates-commission and the rolling-reserve and dispute balances.

**Step 2: Payouts**

Call `2checkout-get-payout` with `currency` set to `{currency}`. List status, payment-type, amount, total-fees, total-refunds, summary-chargeback-fund and transfer-completion-date.

**Step 3: Report**

Show the balance table, the recent payouts, and any payout that is not completed. Point out reserves held and chargeback fees. Never combine currencies.
