Quote 2Checkout upgrades against the renewal price

**Objective:** Show upgrade options for subscription `{subscription-reference}`, in currency `{currency}` when given.

**Step 1: Options**

Call `2checkout-get-subscriptionupgradeoption` with `subscription-reference` set to `{subscription-reference}` and `currency` set to `{currency}` when given. Note product-name, price-type, price-schema, net-price, gross-price and group-name.

**Step 2: Current renewal price**

Call `2checkout-get-subscriptionrenewalprice` with `subscription-reference`.

**Step 3: Report**

A table from cheapest to dearest with the difference from the current renewal price. Mention which options share a group-name (mutually exclusive). Say clearly that no upgrade was performed.
