The problem
Blocked customers can keep ordering online unnoticed
A customer's online buying lives in Shopify while their balance, credit limit and blocked status live in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Seeing whether a blocked or overdue customer is still ordering means checking both and matching orders to invoices yourself.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the customer in Shopify
- Find them again in Business Central
- Check balance, limit and blocked status
- Match recent orders to invoices by hand
With PopdockAI
- The customer is found in both systems by exact email
- Spend, balance, limit and blocked status come back side by side
- Recent orders are traced to their invoices
- Risks such as ordering while blocked are flagged, and nothing is edited

**Objective:** Build one view of the customer with email `{email}` from Shopify and Business Central, covering the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90), and flag anything that disagrees between the two.
**Step 1: Find the customer on both sides**
Call `shopify-get-customer` with `email` set to `{email}`. Keep `customer-id`, `name`, `orders-count`, `total-spent`, `last-order-name`, `state`, `tags` and `created-at`.
Call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to `{email}`. Keep `customer-number`, `name`, `balance`, `balance-due`, `credit-limit`, `outstanding-orders`, `outstanding-invoices`, `blocked`, `payment-terms-code` and `salesperson-code`.
If either side returns more than one customer, list them and stop. If neither side finds the email, say so and stop. If only one side finds it, report that side in full and state that the customer is missing from the other.
**Step 2: Recent activity**
* Call `shopify-get-order` with `customer-id` and `created-at.from` set to `{lookback-days}` days ago, for the recent orders (`name`, `created-at`, `total-price`, `financial-status`, `fulfillment-status`).
* Call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `sell-to-customer-number` and `posting-date.from` set to the same date, for invoices (`invoice-number`, `external-document-number`, `posting-date`, `total-amount-including-tax`, `remaining-amount`, `due-date`).
Match Shopify orders to invoices where the invoice's `external-document-number` equals the Shopify order `name` or `order-number`.
**Step 3: Report**
A side-by-side block: name, Shopify customer id, Business Central customer number, Shopify orders count and total spent, Business Central balance, balance due, credit limit, blocked.
Then a table of the recent Shopify orders with the matching Business Central invoice number and remaining amount, or not invoiced.
Flag, one line each:
* the names differ between the systems
* the customer is blocked in Business Central while ordering in Shopify
* balance due is above zero and an invoice is past its due date
* balance is over the credit limit
* Shopify orders in the period with no Business Central invoice
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-customer` and `shopify-get-order` are on the shopify server. `business-central-get-customer` and `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `shopify-update-customer`, `business-central-update-customer`, `business-central-create-customer` or any other create, add or update tool on either server.
* If the user names a Business Central company, pass it as `company` on every Business Central call.
**Validation:**
* Match the email exactly. If no match is found, do not retry with a partial or fuzzy match; report it.
* Shopify total spent is lifetime and in the shop currency; Business Central balance is current and in local currency. Present them side by side; do not subtract one from the other.Who it's for
