The problem
Assigning work without knowing who has room
Before giving someone more work you need to know what they already have in Teamwork.com: overdue tasks, what is due soon and their logged hours. Pulling that together across projects is slow, so decisions are made on a hunch.
Without PopdockAI
- Filter tasks by assignee across every project
- Sort out what is overdue, due soon and undated
- Add up recent logged hours by hand
- Assign on a hunch and overload someone
With PopdockAI
- Open tasks are grouped into overdue, due soon, later and undated
- Two weeks of logged hours are shown by project
- Estimated hours due are set against working hours
- A verdict with the reason, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Show the current workload of the Teamwork person matching {person-name} over the next {days-ahead} days (default 14 when blank).
**Step 1: Identify the person**
Call `teamwork-get-people` with `name.contains` set to {person-name}. If more than one person matches, list them with `email`, `job-title` and `company-name`, and stop. Keep the `person-id`.
**Step 2: Open tasks**
Call `teamwork-get-tasks` with `assignee-user-ids.contains` set to the person-id and `max-records` 200. Drop tasks with a `completed-at` value or a `status` of completed. Put the rest into four groups: overdue (due before today), due in the window, due later, and no due date.
**Step 3: Recent time**
Call `teamwork-get-time` with `user-id` set to the person-id and `time-logged.from` set to 14 days ago. Total the hours per week and per project.
**Step 4: Projects**
Call `teamwork-get-project-members` with `person-id` set to the person-id to list their projects. Resolve the task `project-id` values against this list for names.
**Step 5: Report**
* Who: name, `job-title`, `role-name`.
* Task counts per group, then a table of the overdue and due-in-window tasks: task, project, due date, priority, `estimate-minutes` as hours.
* Estimated hours due in the window against working hours in the window, taken as 8 hours per weekday. Label this as an assumption, since the tools do not return a person's capacity.
* Hours logged per week for the last two weeks, and the projects that time went to.
* A load call: Overloaded, Busy or Has room, with the reason. Mention how many open tasks have no estimate, since that weakens the call.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any tool whose name begins with teamwork-create-, teamwork-update-, teamwork-complete-, teamwork-uncomplete-, teamwork-assign-, teamwork-move-, teamwork-copy-, teamwork-clone-, teamwork-reorder-, teamwork-archive-, teamwork-unarchive-, teamwork-lock- or teamwork-unlock-, and do not call `teamwork-get-file-shared-link`.
* Do not suggest reassigning specific tasks to named colleagues. This prompt looks at one person only.
**Validation:**
* When the person has no open tasks, say so and still report the recent time.
* When {days-ahead} is not a whole number, use 14 and say so.Who it's for
