Find states where you sell but have no AvaTax nexus

**Objective:** Check whether `{company}` has nexus declared where it transacts, looking at activity between `{date-from}` and `{date-to}`.

**Step 1: Read the nexus declarations**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-nexus` with `company` = `{company}`. Note each `country`, `region`, `nexus-type`, `effective-date`, `end-date` and `has-local-nexus`.

**Step 2: Read the locations**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-location` with `company` = `{company}`. List the regions where the company has an office, outlet or warehouse.

**Step 3: Read sales by region**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-transaction` with `company`, `date.from` and `date.to`. Total `total-amount` and `total-tax` per `region`.

**Step 4: Compare**

* Regions with a location but no active nexus declaration.
* Regions with significant sales and no declaration, shown with the sales amount (do not state a legal threshold; say a tax advisor should confirm).
* Declarations that have an `end-date` in the past but still show sales after it.

**Step 5: Report**

Give three lists (gaps, ended nexus with later sales, healthy regions) with the figures behind each, and a short note on what to confirm with a tax advisor.

**Validation:**

* If the company has no nexus records, say so clearly and still report the sales regions.
* If the date range is invalid, ask for one and stop.
