The prompt
Use this prompt

**Objective:** Show `{approver-name}` every approval waiting on them, with enough context to decide.
**Step 1: Pull the approvals**
Call `servicenow-get-approval` with approver `{approver-name}` and state Requested.
**Step 2: Add context**
For each approval look at source-table and approval-for:
* change_request: call `servicenow-get-change-request` with number set to approval-for. Note type, risk, planned start and short-description.
* anything else: report approval-for and source-table as they are.
**Step 3: Rank**
Order by: changes whose planned start is within 2 days, then past due-date, then oldest created.
**Step 4: Report**
A table: approval-for, what it is (short-description), type and risk for changes, planned start, created, due-date, days waiting. Flag Emergency changes and anything past due.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Do not call `servicenow-update-approval`, `servicenow-add-approval` or any other add- or update- tool. The decide-approval prompt records decisions.
**Validation:**
* If nothing is pending, say so. If the name matches no approvals at all, retry with approver.contains and list the names found.Who it's for
