Summarize recent BigCommerce orders without exporting a sheet

**Objective:** Summarise store orders created in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 7) for the BigCommerce store, optionally limited to status `{status}`.

**Step 1: Pull the orders**

Call `bigcommerce-get-order` with `date-created.from` set to today minus the lookback, and `status` if one was given. Use `max-records` of 50 unless the user asks for more.

**Step 2: Aggregate**

* Count orders and total `total-including-tax`, per order status and per payment status.
* Sum `refunded-amount` and `discount-amount`.
* Note the top 5 orders by value and any order with `refunded-amount` above zero.

**Step 3: Report**

A short headline (orders, revenue, refunds), a table by status, a table by payment status, then the top 5 orders (id, customer-id, status, total).

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This is a read-only job. Never call any `bigcommerce-*-add`, `bigcommerce-*-update` or `bigcommerce-*-delete` tool. Do not suggest that you changed anything.
* Report only what the order records contain; do not guess at causes.

**Validation:**

* If a read returns no records, say so plainly and stop; do not invent figures.
* If a result hits the maximum records limit, say the figures may be incomplete and name the filter that would narrow it.
