Pick testimonial candidates without contacting anyone twice

**Objective:** Find positive Simplesat answers from the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30) and report which customers already have a TickTick outreach task, so none is contacted twice.

**Step 1: Find candidates (Simplesat server)**

Call `simplesat-list-answers` with `sentiment` set to the positive value (check an unfiltered call for the spelling) and `created_from` set to the start of the window. Skip answers where `published_as_testimonial` is already true. For each, call `simplesat-get-response` to get the customer name and email, then `simplesat-get-customer` with `email` to get the company.

**Step 2: Check for existing outreach (TickTick server)**

For each distinct customer, call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `title.contains` set to the customer name, and `status` for open tasks. Also check `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` with the same title filter.

**Step 3: Report**

Table: customer, company, response ID, comment choice label, outreach task (title and status, or none). Sort customers without a task first.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `simplesat-*` tools are on the Simplesat server; `ticktick-*` tools are on the TickTick server.
* Do not call any write tool on either server: on TickTick `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `ticktick-delete-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`; on Simplesat `simplesat-update-answer`, `simplesat-add-customer`, `simplesat-send-survey-email`.

**Validation:**

* If there are no positive answers, say so and stop.
* A task matched on name alone is a possible match; flag it.
