See how one customer has felt over time in Simplesat
For account and CX teams preparing a renewal or escalation who want one customer's Simplesat history in order, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
One customer's feedback history takes many lookups
Before a renewal call or an escalation you want to know how one customer has felt over time, but Simplesat shows responses and answers separately. Piecing their history together means finding the customer, then each response, then each answer.
Without PopdockAI
- Find the right customer in Simplesat
- Open each of their responses
- Read the answers on each one
- Guess whether things are getting better
With PopdockAI
- The customer is resolved, with candidates listed if several match
- Every response and its answers are read oldest first
- A dated table shows surveys, choices and sentiment
- A trend judgement only when there is enough data, read-only

**Objective:** Assemble everything Simplesat holds on the feedback given by the customer identified by {customer-email} or {customer-name}, covering the last {lookback-days} days (default 180).
**Step 1: Resolve the customer to a single record**
Call `simplesat-get-customer`, passing email when {customer-email} is supplied, otherwise name.contains when only {customer-name} is supplied. Keep the id, name, email and company of the match.
* If more than one customer comes back, list them with their id, name, email and company, and stop. Do not pick one.
**Step 2: Find their responses**
Call `simplesat-list-responses` with customer_id set to the id from Step 1, created_from set to today minus {lookback-days} days (default 180), and created_to set to today. If the customer id returns nothing, retry once with customer_email instead. Keep the ID, Survey Name and Created of each response.
**Step 3: Read the answers on each response**
For each response ID, call `simplesat-list-answers` with response_id set to that ID. Keep the Choice, Choice Label, sentiment and Created. Work in date order, oldest first, so the trajectory is visible.
**Step 4: Report**
* A header line: customer name, company, email, and the number of responses found.
* A chronological table: Created, Survey Name, choice labels given, sentiment.
* A short paragraph on the trend, stating plainly whether sentiment is improving, worsening or flat, and on how little evidence that judgement rests when there are fewer than three responses.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read only. Do NOT call `simplesat-update-answer`, `simplesat-add-customer` or `simplesat-send-survey-email`.
* Answers must be reached through the response, never matched to a customer by timestamp.
* Do not characterise a single response as a trend.
**Validation:**
* If neither {customer-email} nor {customer-name} is supplied, ask for one of them and stop.
* If Step 1 finds no customer, say so, suggest searching with `simplesat-get-customer` on a partial company name using company.contains, and stop.
* If the customer exists but has no responses in the window, say exactly that and give the window used.Who it's for
