The problem

Good customer quotes sit unused in Simplesat

Good customer quotes sit unused in Simplesat because finding them means reading recent responses, picking out positive answers and checking which are already published. Then you still need to know which customer said each one.

Without PopdockAI

  • Read through recent survey responses
  • Pick out the positive answers
  • Check which are already published
  • Work out who said each quote

With PopdockAI

  • Recent responses and their positive, unpublished answers are read
  • Every answer is attributed to the customer who gave it
  • Candidates are ranked by score, wording and recency
  • Three are recommended with reasons, read-only

Prompt
**Objective:** Find the survey answers from the last {lookback-days} days (default 90) that are positive but not yet published as testimonials, and present them as candidates, optionally limited to the survey {survey-name}.

**Step 1: Establish the response set**

Call `simplesat-list-responses` with created_from set to today minus {lookback-days} days (default 90), created_to set to today, and max_records set to {max-records} (default 100). If {survey-name} is supplied, also pass survey_name. Keep each response's ID, Customer Name and Survey Name.

**Step 2: Find the unpublished positive answers**

For each response ID, call `simplesat-list-answers` with response_id set to that ID, sentiment set to the positive value, and published_as_testimonial set to false. Attribution has to run this way round, because the answer list does not return the response it belongs to.

**Step 3: Rank the candidates**

Put the strongest first. A strong candidate has the highest available choice value, a choice label that reads as words rather than a bare number, and a recent date.

**Step 4: Report**

A table of candidates: Customer Name, Survey Name, Created, Choice Label, and the answer ID. Under it, name the three you would publish first and say why in one line each.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read only. Do NOT call `simplesat-update-answer`, `simplesat-add-customer` or `simplesat-send-survey-email`. Publishing a testimonial is a decision for a person, and this server exposes no tool that sets the published flag.
* Never edit or paraphrase a customer's words when quoting a choice label. Reproduce it exactly.
* Do not include an answer whose published_as_testimonial value came back true.

**Validation:**

* If no responses fall in the window, say so, give the window used, and stop.
* If every positive answer is already published, report that plainly rather than lowering the sentiment bar.
* If {survey-name} matches nothing, call `simplesat-list-surveys` and show the available names.
