Find broken questions in your Simplesat surveys

**Objective:** Audit the Simplesat survey configuration, optionally limited to {survey-name}, and report every survey that looks wrong or unused.

**Step 1: List the surveys**

Call `simplesat-list-surveys` with max_records set to {max-records} (default 100), passing name when {survey-name} is supplied. Record each survey's ID, Name and Metric.

**Step 2: Read the questions of each survey**

For each survey ID, call `simplesat-list-questions` with survey_id set to that ID. Record the question text, metric, order, required flag, rating_scale and choices.

**Step 3: Check the usage**

Call `simplesat-list-responses` with survey_name set to each survey's name and max_records set to 1, to establish whether the survey has ever been answered.

**Step 4: Apply the rules and report**

Flag a survey when any of these hold:

* it has no questions at all
* a question's metric differs from the survey's metric
* a rating question has no rating scale, or a choice question has no choices
* no question is marked required
* two questions share the same order value
* it has questions but no responses at all

Report a table of Survey Name, Metric, question count, and the issues found, worst first. A survey with no issues gets one line saying so; do not pad the report.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read only. Do NOT call `simplesat-update-answer`, `simplesat-add-customer` or `simplesat-send-survey-email`. Report the fix, do not apply it.
* Only flag the rules listed above. Do not editorialise about question wording.

**Validation:**

* If no surveys come back, say so and stop.
* If a survey's questions cannot be read, record that as its own finding rather than treating the survey as empty.
