The problem
Working out who to call first takes digging
Negative Simplesat feedback is only useful if someone follows up quickly, but working out which customer gave which unhappy answer, and who to call first, takes digging. Matching answers to customers by timestamp gets it wrong.
Without PopdockAI
- Export recent negative answers
- Match each answer to a customer by hand
- Decide who is most urgent
- Spot repeated themes by memory
With PopdockAI
- Negative answers are read through their responses, tied to customers
- Customers are ranked by count, how low and how recent
- Each gets a one-line follow-up recommendation
- Themes on three or more responses are listed, read-only

**Objective:** Triage the negative Simplesat feedback received in the last {lookback-days} days (default 14), optionally limited to the survey {survey-name}, and recommend which customers to follow up with first.
**Step 1: Establish the response set**
Call `simplesat-list-responses` with created_from set to today minus {lookback-days} days (default 14), created_to set to today, and max_records set to {max-records} (default 50). If {survey-name} is supplied, also pass survey_name. Keep the ID, Customer Name, Survey Name and Created of every response returned.
**Step 2: Pull the answers behind each response**
For each response ID from Step 1, call `simplesat-list-answers` with response_id set to that ID and sentiment set to the negative value. This order matters: the answer list does not carry a response id of its own, so the only way to attribute an answer to a customer is to start from the response and work down. Do not try to match answers to responses on the Created timestamp.
* Keep the answer ID, Choice, Choice Label and Created.
* A response with no negative answers is not a finding. Drop it.
**Step 3: Rank**
Rank the customers by, in order: number of negative answers on the response, how low the Choice value is, and how recent the response is.
**Step 4: Report**
Produce a table with one row per negative response: Customer Name, Survey Name, Created, the choice labels given, and a one line recommendation for the follow up. Below the table, list any theme that appears on three or more responses.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read only. Do NOT call `simplesat-update-answer`, `simplesat-add-customer` or `simplesat-send-survey-email` under any circumstances.
* Do not guess at sentiment from the choice value alone. Use the sentiment filter the answer list exposes.
* Report only what the tools returned. Do not invent ticket numbers, owners or dates.
**Validation:**
* If Step 1 returns no responses, say the window is empty, state the dates used, and stop.
* If Step 1 returns responses but Step 2 finds no negative answers anywhere, say so and stop rather than widening the window on your own.
* If {survey-name} matches no responses, call `simplesat-list-surveys` to list the available survey names, show them, and stop.Who it's for
